Why deliver a PDF instead of the real files?
Short answer: Etsy allows up to 5 files, 20 MB each, per digital listing. A font bundle, a multi-size printable pack or a large template often doesn't fit. So instead of the actual files, sellers upload one small PDF as the single digital file — it has your branding, a thank-you note, and clickable links that send the buyer straight to the real files on Google Drive, Dropbox or Canva.
