Does it slow down my batch?
No. Your mockups are made first, as before. Each design's video is made in your browser right after that design's mockups are finished, usually in a few seconds.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Upload your logo once in Video settings and it shows on the closing frame, above your shop name. You can also keep it small in a corner of the whole video.
Can I skip the video for one design?
Yes. Every row has its own Video switch, so you can leave out the designs you don't need a video for.
What if the product isn't in the middle of my mockup?
The video knows where your design sits in each template and keeps it in the middle of the frame, so a product near the edge of a photo isn't cropped away.
Which browsers work?
Chrome, Edge and Firefox on a computer. Some phones and older Safari versions can't make MP4 videos in the browser yet; Scaylr tells you if yours can't.
Are my mockups uploaded anywhere to make the video?
No. The videos are made on your own computer, in the browser, from the mockups you just made.
What does Etsy allow for listing videos?
Per Etsy Help, a listing video is 3–15 seconds, up to 100 MB, and plays without sound. Scaylr's videos stay between 5 and 15 seconds and are far below the size limit. The free Etsy Listing Video Maker turns any photos into a video, one video at a time.
