Which format should a seller use?

Which formats can I convert?
You can open PNG, JPG, WEBP, SVG, GIF (first frame), BMP and AVIF files, and save them as JPG, PNG or WEBP. HEIC photos from an iPhone work in Safari; see the next question for other browsers.
Can I convert HEIC (iPhone photos) to JPG?
Yes in Safari on a Mac, iPhone or iPad, which can open HEIC files. Chrome, Edge and Firefox can’t open HEIC yet. The easy fix is on the iPhone itself: Settings → Camera → Formats → “Most Compatible” saves new photos as JPG. Also, when you pick a photo in Safari on an iPhone, it usually hands over a JPG automatically.
What happens to transparent backgrounds when I convert PNG to JPG?
JPG can’t store transparency, so transparent areas are filled with a color you choose — white by default. Convert to PNG or WEBP to keep the transparency.
How do I turn an SVG into a PNG for print?
Drop the SVG and pick PNG. Because SVG is a vector format, you can choose the output width — 4500 px is a safe size for most print-on-demand products and keeps the edges perfectly sharp.
Are my files uploaded?
