All paid plans (Starter and Pro) include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial at no cost — no questions asked.
We strongly recommend using the free trial to confirm Scaylr works with your PSD templates and workflow before committing to a paid plan.
All charges made by Scaylr are non-refundable. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed.

Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial precisely so you can evaluate Scaylr with your own PSD templates and workflow before committing. We believe this gives you ample time to determine whether the service meets your needs. Once the trial period ends and a payment is processed, the subscription period has begun and the charge is final.
PSD templates bought in our shop are digital files that are ready to download immediately after payment. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, template purchases are not refundable once the file has been downloaded. Each template page shows the exact scene, its size in pixels and what the download contains, so you know what you get before buying.
If a file is faulty, will not open, or does not match its description, email us at info@scaylr.io and we will fix it or refund you. If you were charged twice by mistake, we refund the duplicate.
Buyers in the UK, EU and EEA: before paying, you are asked to confirm that you want the files straight away and that you understand you cannot cancel once the download starts. This is required by consumer law for digital content, and your receipt email confirms it. Without that confirmation, the normal 14-day cancellation right would apply.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the end of your current period.

If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you may have statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) or the Consumer Rights Directive (EU) regarding digital services. Please note that by starting your free trial and accessing the Service, you may be waiving your right to a cooling-off period under these regulations.
