We pay out manually via PayPal once a month. You'll see your pending and paid earnings in your affiliate dashboard.
Is there a minimum payout threshold? ▾
Not currently. Even small amounts are paid out each month. This may change as the program grows.
Does the commission apply to yearly plans too? ▾
Yes — 30% applies to all plans including yearly subscriptions. Yearly plans are billed as a single payment so you receive the commission at once.
What happens if a customer cancels? ▾
Commission is earned when a payment processes. If the customer cancels, you keep earnings already generated but stop receiving new commissions for that customer.
Can I apply if I already have a Scaylr account? ▾
Yes! In fact we prefer affiliates who've used the product. Just apply using the same email as your account.
